Investing Anyone?

Doesn't anyone want to buy this building and let me make it into a salon? It's BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE IT. The location isn't where I would probably want - it's in the Lake Union area downtown, which I know is a hot area now but I think would be a bit annoying for my clients to get to. I think it might have parking though...

ANYway.. one can dream right?
